Crawler dozer operator • Washoe County, Nevada

Immediate opening: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Washoe County, Nevada. You will be based on a quarry floor. Your main tasks: • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
