You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks 6+ years on the tools preferred.
