Cake decorator — Elko County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Elko County, Nevada. Your main tasks: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
