Cake decorator — Bath County

Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in Bath County, Virginia. You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
