Day to day you will solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs. Ideal candidate: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • A good head for heights and steady balance 2+ years on the tools preferred.
