Vacancy available: we are hiring a waitress in Millard County, Utah. Day-to-day duties: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Clear and reset tables between covers You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
