We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Tyler County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On a typical shift you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
