CNC milling operator • Ogbaru, Anambra State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Ogbaru, Anambra State. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. The role involves load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges. You should have: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron 1+ years on the tools preferred.
