Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Jackson County, Wisconsin. You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
