Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Minjibir, Kano State. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns.
