Brick mason wanted in Fakai

We are recruiting: we are hiring a brick mason in Fakai, Kebbi State. You will work at a residential building site. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools On the job you will handle: • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
