Line cook — Gwarzo

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Gwarzo, Kano State. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Pay around ₦270,000 per month, based on your experience.
