Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Ector County, Texas. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks 4+ years on the tools preferred.
