Estate gardener • Rice County, Kansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring an estate gardener in Rice County, Kansas. You will be based on the grounds of a hotel resort. Day-to-day duties: • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds You should have: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting Part-time with flexible hours.
