Join our team: we are hiring a punch press operator in Walsall, England. The role involves set up and change stamping dies and tooling; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
