Urgent requirement: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Gateshead, England. Your main tasks: • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Full-time, day shift. £16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
