What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. ₦70,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts.
