Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Offa, Kwara State. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Full-time, day shift.
