Halal butcher wanted in Ifako/Ijaye

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Ifako/Ijaye, Lagos State. The role involves mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
