Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Williamson County, Texas. You will work at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Score the top of loaves before baking • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Rotating shifts.
