Nursery worker — Walla Walla County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a nursery worker in Walla Walla County, Washington. You will work at a plant nursery. Your main tasks: • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs You should have: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
