Head baker wanted in Oconee County

Now hiring: we are hiring a head baker in Oconee County, Georgia. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
