Now hiring: we are hiring a banquet server in Waseca County, Minnesota. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages You will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. 1+ years on the tools preferred. $5,750 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
