Cake decorator — Jackson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Jackson County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
