Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
