Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Your main tasks: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₦110,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
