Brickwork mason — Owerri North

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Owerri North, Imo State. The role involves cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters. What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding 3+ years on the tools preferred. ₦80,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
