On the job you will handle: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
