You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths 3+ years on the tools preferred.
