Prep cook — Akoko-Edo

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Akoko-Edo, Edo. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
