What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to read and match factory paint codes On a typical shift you will mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio.
