Mining dozer operator wanted in Hampshire County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Hampshire County, Massachusetts. You will be based at an open-cast mine. On the job you will handle: • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms Requirements: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
