Tandoor cook — Monroe County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Monroe County, Florida. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On the job you will handle: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Part-time with flexible hours.
