We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Auyo, Jigawa State. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens The role involves boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough.
