Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Hale County, Alabama. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. The role involves: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Six days a week, one day off.
