Now hiring: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Peterborough, England. The job is on a quarry floor. The role involves form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily. Requirements: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
