Requirements: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Your main tasks: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
