Join our team: we are hiring a halal butcher in Monroe County, Illinois. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • 2+ years experience working as a butcher You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
