Meat cutter — Warren County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Warren County, Ohio. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
