Short order cook wanted in Brass

Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Brass, Bayelsa State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
