Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish Day-to-day duties: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
