The role involves: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Full-time, day shift.
