We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Lavun, Niger State. The job is in a busy paint shop. The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Performance bonus on top of base pay.
