Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Gadsden County, Florida. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs 6+ years on the tools preferred.
