Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish Your main tasks: • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe Rotating shifts.
