Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Kanam, Plateau State. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
