Short order cook wanted in Lancaster County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Lancaster County, Virginia. The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line We offer $170 per day plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends.
