Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Gassol

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Gassol, Taraba State. You will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Part-time with flexible hours.
