Canteen cook — Powell County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in Powell County, Kentucky. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
