Bar waiter wanted in Houston County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bar waiter in Houston County, Alabama. The job is at a banquet hall. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner On the job you will handle: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $230 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
